    Check-in Policy  For your first visit, arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time for a thorough consultation. If you desire extra time to relax and unwind, please come in earlier and enjoy a beverage and a magazine as you settle in.
    Cancellation Policy  We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment.
    Group Booking  If you enjoyed your experience with us and want to share with others, we offer Group Bookings. If you are interested in booking a group in our salon, please contact our salon manager at 817.834.4400 and we will create the perfect salon day for you and yours.
